Our own “in-house” Maintenance staff, including the Director, is made up of professionals in air conditioning and heating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.  Maintenance personnel are on call 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Cathedral Village Monthly Fees include all maintenance service and the replacement of items such as:

• Heating and Air Conditioning units        
• Washer/dryer units                                
• Ovens/ranges                                              
• Garbage disposals                                  
• Piping/plumbing fixtures                            
• Doors/windows
• Fire Safety equipment
• Lighting equipment
• Carpet
• Painting
• Dishwashers
• Hot water heaters                                    

We are also responsible for removing all snow and ice from walkways and driveways, as well as residents’ cars and parking areas. Maintenance is also available for residents on a scheduled basis to hang pictures, mirrors, etc. throughout the year.
