Cathedral Village is a nonprofit, nondenominational and multicultural Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). Ideally located in Andorra, a residential neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the community occupies over 40 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.

Since opening in 1979, the Cathedral Village Board of Directors, management and staff have dedicated their efforts to promote quality of life, maximum independence and enhanced dignity for each resident, in this unique, active and secure environment.

Adherence to our Mission for the past 31 years and our commitment to the concept of providing financial security and unlimited opportunities for personal choice, have brought us fully prepared into these uncertain times to the point that we can state with confidence that Cathedral Village is the one place that continues to provide a secure future.

New Refundable Entrance Fees

Cathedral Village is pleased to announce New Refundable Entrance Fees offering 90%, 75% and 50% Refunds. Now combine our Extensive Type A Contract with one of three Refundable Entrance Fees. This is an opportunity to move in at a younger age and know that you have taken an even greater step toward preserving your personal finances, as long as you are under 85 years of age. Our Standard Basic Entrance Fees continue to be offered with no maximum age limit.

Admission to Cathedral Village is based on a nondiscriminatory policy without regard to race, religion, color, national origin or reasonable handicap. Published Entrance Fees apply to a minimum age of 65. Admission prior to age 65 will incur a nominal surcharge.
