We offer a broad selection of apartment styles for prospective residents to choose from.  We vary from an efficient Studio to our spacious two-bedroom Townhouses and Country apartments.  Please see our floor plans section to get a better understanding of what we offer.

Our Extensive Type A Contract is acknowledged as one of the most inclusive and value-driven contracts in the entire Retirement Community industry.  Our Monthly Fees cover many services not included by other communities.  It is important that you understand the value of those services and exactly how they benefit you.

Services included in our Monthly Fees for Independent Living:

• Three (3) meals daily.

• Tray service when necessary and ordered by a physician or professional nurse.

• Weekly housekeeping with delivery of bed and bath linen.

• Unlimited use of the Health Club, including personal fitness programs designed specifically for you by our Fitness Director.

• Full use of our swimming pool, which includes water aerobics classes conducted by our Fitness Director.          

• Unlimited use of the Greenhouse, including potting soils and supplies. 

• 24-Hour security provided by our uniformed security personnel.

• Prescription Medications up to a generous annual cap per person.

• Our Outpatient Department is staffed with professional nurses 24-hours a day/365 days a year, who will respond to emergency calls as well as provide routine care.

• Our uniformed security staff, who monitor the grounds and walkways, and who also provide transportation to and from medical appointments, diagnostic centers, and hospitals when referred by our staff physicians, is available 24-hours a day/365 days a year.

• On-site Podiatry, Audiology, Optometry, Optical, Psychiatry, Psychology, and routine Dental services. (Additional costs may be incurred for some of these services).
   
• Unlimited skilled nursing care. 

• On-site rehabilitation therapy (physical, occupational and speech).

• An Alzheimer's Unit for residents, ensuring they can remain at Cathedral Village with family and familiar staff members who provide security and foster dignity. 

• Transportation scheduled 5 days a week by our security personnel who operate Cathedral Village buses and vans on daily runs to shopping centers, Chestnut Hill, and local malls, as well as weekend trips to cultural events throughout the city.

• All utilities, except payment of telephone and cable television installation and service. 

• Maintenance service provided seven days a week and on-call 24-hours a day for any emergencies.

• Snow removal from all walkways, driveways, and residents’ automobiles.

• Lawn care and grounds keeping.

• City Real Estate Taxes paid by Cathedral Village.
