Personal Care
The Administrator of the program is our Director of Outpatient Services, a Registered Nurse who has been caring for Cathedral Village residents for more than 25 years. Under her direction, all Personal Care services are provided by Outpatient Department’s Professional Nurses and Nursing Assistants.
Monthly Fees for Personal Care include:
- Three (3) meals daily.
- Professional nurses from our Outpatient Department provide 24-hour nursing care for emergencies and routine monitoring.
- 24-Hour security.
- Comprehensive health services.
- $1500 Prescription Medication cap per year.
- Unlimited temporary and permanent nursing care in Bishop White Lodge, semi-private accommodation.
- Rehabilitation therapy (but not maintenance therapy).
- Comcast cable service and installation. The service includes the Extended Basic Digital package with over 90 channels.
- Regularly scheduled transportation and medical transportation service.
- All water and electrical utilities with the exception of telephone installation and service.
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service.
- Maintenance service.
- City real estate taxes.
- Services in bold print are available only to Personal Care Residents.
- Assistance with medications prescribed for self-administration.
- Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Assistance with tasks of daily living including
- Shopping
- Personal laundry
- Making and keeping appointments, and
- Social and leisure activities in accordance with the Community’s regularly scheduled Personal Care Activities Schedule.
